The People Analytics team provides the critical, data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making for top leadership at Deutsche Börse Group. Operating on a global scale, our team is on a strategic journey, transitioning from standard reporting to advanced analytics that transform HR data into actionable intelligence. By leveraging a modern data stack including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Power BI, we empower leaders to understand our workforce and guide the organization's future.
Your responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: You will Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data specialists, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning. You enable team members to develop their analytical and strategic advisory skills, empowering them to become true partners to the business and HR
- Strategic Vision & Execution: You develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for People Analytics, transitioning the team's focus from standard reporting to advanced analytics and strategic advisory by automating existing reporting and creating new data-driven insight along client demand
- Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership: You act as the primary interface between the People Analytics team and its internal customers, including senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and line managers. You establish a deep understanding of business needs and the "voice of the customer" to ensure the team's deliverables are relevant, insightful, and drive strategic value
- Data Governance & Quality: You will champion the automation of analytical offerings, acting as the key liaison to IT to shape the technical roadmap, manage capacity, and ensure progress. You will also oversee the team's data governance and drive initiatives to improve data quality
Your profile:
- You hold a Master's degree in a field such as Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related discipline
- You have exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team of specialists to achieve high performance and professional growth
- You possess a strategic and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to develop a long-term vision and a passion for using data to drive business outcomes
- You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a talent for engaging and influencing partners at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership
- You have a solid understanding of data and familiarity with modern analytics platforms, combined with the skill to translate complex business challenges into analytical questions
- You are able to lead change, navigate ambiguity, and foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment
