Head of Category & Partner Management - Procurement (f/m/d)

The Procurement Section of Deutsche Börse Group focusses on strategic business partnering. We are looking for a Head of Category & Partner Management who combines commercial excellence, senior stakeholder management, and transformational leadership. You will shape Group-wide category strategies, advise senior leaders, lead strategic sourcing, and help build a high-performing One Group Procurement organization.

Your responsibilities:

• Advise senior business leaders and build strong executive partnerships
• Develop Group-wide category and sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities
• Lead complex sourcing, negotiations, and supplier initiatives
• Create value through cost optimization, innovation, risk mitigation, and sustainability
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance
• Drive procurement transformation, digitization, and continuous improvement
• Provide functional leadership and develop procurement talent
• Strengthen collaboration, governance, and a One Group mindset

Your profile:

• Degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of senior experience in procurement, category management, commercial leadership, or consulting
• Strong track record in sourcing, supplier management, and high-value negotiations
• Experience in international, complex, and regulated environments
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Senior track record in transformation, digitization, and innovation
• Proven people leadership focused on empowerment, talent development, and performance
