Internal Audit assists Deutsche Börse Group in achieving its objectives by supporting a standard of excellence in all of the organisation’s business, information technology and related functions. The department helps Deutsche Börse Group accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.

We are a dynamic, fun-loving team, which works agile and likes to juggle priorities simultaneously. We are looking forward to welcoming an addition to our small and diverse crew. You will be supporting the Group Audit Executive Office team. You will be in charge for the continuous monitoring of the Audit Plan status, data quality assurance and ad hoc as well as regular preparation of presentations to executive boards and senior management.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Support operation and maintenance of Capacity Management and Audit tools (e.g. Communication with auditors, population of data, monitoring and reporting development)
  • Assist in administrative and organisational work in relation with the management of audit results data and quality assurance of data 
  • Support preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reporting, i.e. audit data extraction, statistics generation, audit data analysis and creation of presentations to management and other stakeholders
  • Coordination in respect to the maintenance, design, testing and implementation of audit tool used within the area of Group Audit and communication to audit team members
  • Continuous support of the Group Audit Executive Office team in their tasks
  • Support special projects and initiatives of relevance for Group Audit
  • Perform administrative tasks (e.g. assist Heads of Internal Audit, Record of Processing Agreement updates, maintenance of databases and follow-up of management meetings)

 

Your profile

  • Professional qualification or University degree 
  • Highly motivated, agile and self-organized
  • Initiative, independent and goal-oriented approach to work
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good analytical and organisational, as well as prioritization skills
  • Interest in process analysis, monitoring and controlling
  • Intermediate or advanced skills at handling MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with international teams based in different locations
  • Proficiency in written and oral English and preferably German
