Your Role
This role focuses on sales support, project coordination, and process improvement within the Global Sales team.
You will contribute to sales activities, support cross-functional projects, and help improve processes and implement solutions. The role involves working with colleagues across teams to support structured and reliable operations within the global sales organization.

Your responsibilities
Project & Campaign Management

Support the planning and execution of global sales campaigns and projects to engage clients and increase awareness of Eurex products

Contribute to internal projects within the Global Sales & Marketing division and support broader organizational initiatives

Work with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to coordinate project activities, including timelines and deliverables

Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

Support communication between regional sales teams and internal departments

Collect, organize, and review market and client insights from regional teams to support product and service development

Provide support to regional sales colleagues on technical and commercial topics
Analysis & Reporting

Assist in developing and maintaining financial and operational frameworks, including budgeting, forecasting, and documentation

Support performance tracking and contribute to identifying potential risks and mitigation approaches

Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor sales initiatives and key indicators using CRM and data tools

A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or comparable professional or practical experience

Experience in financial services or a related area; we also welcome candidates with transferable experience from other industries

Familiarity with derivatives markets (e.g., OTC, listed derivatives, repo) is beneficial; experience with CCP clearing is not required

Experience supporting or contributing to projects in a professional or academic environment

Familiarity with MS Office and data or visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Qlik) is helpful; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus, and willingness to learn is equally valued

Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and structured way, with openness to different communication styles

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues across a variety of roles, backgrounds, and locations

English skills sufficient for professional communication; additional languages are welcome but not required
