Field of activity

The process governance section is driving the increase of regulatory compliance of IT processes by implementation of COBIT 2019 framework and thus supports minimizing the overall business risk. Join the team and be “end-to-end” responsible for the provision of standardised methods and processes used for the division. The successful candidate is responsible for process enablement, continuous process improvement and respective reporting.



  • Define set of requirements for each COBIT process by mapping of COBIT processes to regulation (BAIT/KRITIS) & certification requirements
  • Map external and internal findings on COBIT 2019 processes
  • Start implementation of COBIT processes based on defined set of requirements and defined priority
  • Supervise and drive activities related to process rollout in IT Organization and Legal Entities
  • Develop and conduct education and trainings
  • Define/refine and monitor service level agreements
  • Define and execute service reporting
  • Responsible for process audit & remediation
  • Refine and increase maturity of assigned processes permanently


Qualifications/required skills

  • Profound experience in IT Governance, IT Operations, process management or audit with at least 2 years in practice
  • Candidates must have awareness and understanding of financial services and respective regulatory requirements, primarily BAIT, MaRisk & German BSI IT-Grundschutz
  • Knowledge of IT, operating systems, databases and applications
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • High degree of initiative and assumption of responsibility
  • Team orientation and strong communication skills
  • Experience with COBIT 5 (or COBIT 2019) framework round off your profile
  • University or comparable degree in Computer Science, law or related discipline preferable
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
