Your profile:

• You have recently completed your university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Finance, or a related field
• Ideally, you have already gained first professional work experience in an environment close to one of the working areas above (e.g. internships, student jobs, etc.)
• You possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• You are also highly detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• You are proactive in pursuing goals and embrace challenges as opportunities.
• You value diversity and welcome new perspectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – German language skill would be a strong asset

Interview phase: May 15 to May 30, 2025
Assessment Center: Probably June 6, 2025
