Corporate Functions represent the central hub of our organization - where strategy, coordination, and operational excellence come together. Acting as the company’s strategic backbone, this area ensures smooth processes and provides the essential services that keep our business running and evolving. 

Far more than internal support units, Corporate Functions drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth. By working closely with all business areas, they build structures that enable the company to operate effectively and continuously develop. 

Rotation assignments are not set from the start. We are excited to learn where you would like to develop your strengths and broaden your experience. Please highlight your specific interests in your application. 

What awaits you: 

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Central Functions and how they drive coordination, governance, and smooth operations across the business
• Expand your international network and gain deep insights into projects, strategies and cultures through placements focused on regulatory, strategy and control topics.
• We'll provide support in developing key relationships within the industry to prepare you for a successful career.
• Throughout the entire 18-months program, you will be supported by an individual mentor who will provide guidance and advice
• You will have the opportunity to express your preferences for a minimum 3 rotation stations 

Your profile: 

• You have recently completed your university degree in Business Administration, Political Sciences, Law or a related field 
• Ideally, you have already gained first professional work experience in a comparable strategic and coordinative environment, e.g. internships, student jobs, etc.) 
• You possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail 
• You are also highly detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion 
• You are proactive in pursuing goals and embrace challenges as opportunities 
• You value diversity and welcome new perspectives 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – German language skill would be a strong asset
