Your area of work:
As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of our Corporate Communications & Engagement team in the Group Communications & Marketing area and assume responsibility for the management of Deutsche Börse Group’s social media activities. Group Communications & Marketing is responsible for the positioning of all Deutsche Börse Group entities in internal and external communications. Corporate Communications & Engagement develops and executes communication strategies and the core messages for the corporate divisions CEO, CFO, CIO/COO and CHRO. In addition, we create and maintain the standards and execute key initiatives for Deutsche Börse Group’s corporate responsibility and citizenship efforts. In your role, you will join us in defining, safeguarding and advancing the brand through coherent, innovative and appropriate communication and positioning our top management as thought leaders in their field of expertise.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage Deutsche Börse Group’s corporate social media presence, implement a content and channel strategy, and develop trend- and channel-conscious formats and content
- Use the full range of communication measures and tools to define and deploy core corporate messages
- Be responsible for the development, coordination and execution of campaigns and projects that support the brand narrative and enhance Deutsche Börse Group’s internal and external positioning
- Contribute to coherent and sophisticated executive communications via social media
- Act as central contact for internal stakeholders and coordinator between the respective corporate division and Group Communications & Marketing
- Advise your stakeholders on adequate formats and content to appropriately position both the respective corporate division and its management
- Maintain and advance Deutsche Börse Group’s positioning as good corporate citizen by supporting the team’s corporate engagement activities
Your profile:
- University degree in economics, business studies or humanities, or a comparable qualification
- Strong interest in and proven knowledge of economic, financial, technological and mainstream topics
- High communication affinity and expertise in both traditional and social media; video production expertise is an advantage
- Experience in executive communications in a corporate/B2B environment
- Excellent writing skills, conceptual and analytical thinking, and ability to tailor formats and content geared to the respective target group
- Open and creative personality, high degree of motivation and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and to take on responsibility
- Project planning and management skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- International mindset and willingness to network with colleagues all around the world
