Within the Global Products & Markets division, the Pricing unit is responsible for conducting in-depth analyses for senior management to identify business drivers and opportunities, while monitoring general market developments and trends. Our portfolio also includes the design and maintenance of pricing models and strategic incentive schemes for both existing and new products and services, ensuring their successful implementation.
We are a team of business experts focused on identifying opportunities and solving complex problems, as well as project managers driving key strategic initiatives. The team works in close coordination with senior management across Eurex Clearing, Eurex Frankfurt, Eurex Repo, and Deutsche Börse Group.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of pricing models and strategic incentive schemes predominantly in the collateral space.
Your responsibilities
- Analyze, develop and implement pricing models and strategic incentive schemes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align solutions, considering legal, regulatory, tax, IT and other relevant requirements
- Prepare and conduct communication of new pricing measures / market outreach
- Perform detailed market and business analyses independently
- Support market analyses to identify business trends and assess business impacts for the organization
- Prepare senior management reporting and decision requests
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your university degree in economics, finance, business administration, or a related field
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in financial markets, pricing or collateral management
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- You also have strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- You are proficient in MS office, particularly in MS Powerpoint and Excel; knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is an advantage
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus
