Your area of work
Within the Eurex Client Solutions & Cross Product Innovation team, you will be responsible for building a knowledge and innovation hub focused on client (segment) intelligence and regional needs, consolidating and refining product & services opportunities, coordinating client segment outreaches as well as supporting Eurex’s international positioning by identifying growth & structural opportunities.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Support product development and design initiatives in collaboration with Product Owners
  • Client segment analyses, incl. research, product usage and activities across ETD, OTC and Repo
  • Development of client segment intelligence and sales material, with a focus on buy-side engagement and education
  • Identification and tailoring of new opportunities based on client (segment) demand and regional regulatory access
  • Support / coordination of cross-product outreaches with (regional) sales teams
  • Prioritization, refinement, and socializing of (cross-) product & services opportunities with Eurex Sales and Design teams
  • Assessment of global trading & clearing trends

 

Your profile

  • Highly self motivated, team-oriented individual with 3 years’ experience in the futures, securities, or financial services industry
  • Know-how of Derivatives, Funding & Financing products, and markets, as well as a good understanding of the business motivations of various market participants (CTAs, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, etc.)
  • Experience in the financial derivatives product development arena, incl. sound understanding of financial derivatives and analytics
  • Understanding of the latest changes to the regulatory landscape, its potential impact on financial legislation, and the trends towards centralized clearing
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical and programming skills (Python, etc.)
  • Established relationships with trading desks and/or portfolio managers is a plus
  • Confident with strong communication skills, able to engage senior internal & external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work alone and as part of a team with the objective to meet common target achievement
