Account Manager - Connectivity Products (f/m/d)

Field of activity
The team Connectivity Products commercializes Deutsche Börse Group’s network infrastructure. Beside connectivity to Deutsche Börse Group’s trading venues and applications, this includes services like connectivity to non-DBG venues, PTP time signals, and router management. The team is working in close interaction with the network operations teams within Deutsche Börse IT and supports network-related projects and topics across the Group.

 

Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Analyse customers’ technical needs and suggest solutions to meet their requirements
  • Manage customer accounts across several connectivity products and the customer lifecycle
  • Request and monitor technical implementation of customer orders and drive billing processes
  • Review and improve customer-related processes (e.g. inquiry management, contract management)
  • Interface with Group Deutsche Börse central functions und technical operational units 

 

Qualifications/required skills

  • University degree in engineering
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a network-related area
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Extensive experience with Finance IT customers and their needs
  • Very good knowledge of SAP asset data bases and workflow tools
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in managing customer expectations
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
