To strengthen the AI CoE, we are looking for a hands-on AI Implementation Advisor (f/m/d) that will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ethical, responsible, and compliant development and deployment of AI systems within our organization. To do so, you will be responsible for leading workshops, ideation, and technology sessions and to support the organization to achieve our AI ambitions. You are doing an excellent job when our company is developing more AI use cases and they reach production faster when you are involved. Therefore, this role requires a strong commitment to ethical AI development and profits from strong interest in AI, both business- and technical-wise
Your responsibilities:
- AI Use Case Development: Support the identification, development, and implementation of AI use cases across various business units, ensuring alignment with the organization’s AI strategy.
- Market and Technology Analysis: Contribute to thorough analyses of the AI market, including emerging technologies, vendors, and industry trends, to inform strategic decisions and ensure competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance on AI initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ethical AI Practices and Risk Management: Partner with AI Risk and Governance to promote and ensure the ethical, responsible, and compliant development and deployment of AI systems, and identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with AI projects.
- AI Strategy and Governance: Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap and support the establishment and maintenance of AI governance frameworks.
Your profile:
- Experience in implementing AI use cases, including data analytics, model training, and model operations
- Proven experience with AI technologies, machine learning principles, and ethical considerations related to AI development
- Knowledge of relevant AI regulations and standards (e.g., EU AI Act).
- Communication skills for being able to explain technical and ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proactive and solution-oriented way of working, ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English
