Our Digital Services & Initiatives team is an engine of innovation, dedicated to driving digitalization and delivering digital solutions. We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to take ownership for solutions provided via our client portal (Member Section) and our CRM system.
In this role, you will orchestrate the entire change management lifecycle - from initial concept to final implementation. You will be the central point of contact for larger digital projects delivering comprehensive self-services, enhanced user experience, and measurable business value. Your responsibilities

  • Drive the Digital Roadmap: Strategically structure, prioritize, and manage projects of the product roadmap for our Member Section and CRM. You will conduct high-level analyses of feasibility, budget, and capacity to inform key decisions presented to our Change Control Board
  • Design Value-Driven Solutions: With a focus on the client, you will lead the solution design process. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform business requirements into elegant, effective, and efficient technology solutions that deliver an exceptional user experience
  • Orchestrate Flawless Execution: You will manage the complete project lifecycle, from ideation and development coordination to testing and final roll-out. Your expertise will ensure a smooth and transparent process for all involved, including subject matter experts, IT developers, and business users
  • Lead Stakeholder & Release Management: Act as the primary contact for all stakeholders, including senior management. You will masterfully coordinate your projects with releases, communicate progress, and present status updates to ensure alignment and transparency across the organization

 

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field 
  • You have gained proven experience of 3 - 5 years in (agile) project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management, with a track record of successfully delivering digitalization projects 
  • You show a genuine passion for understanding client needs and a commitment to creating solutions that provide real value 
  • You demonstrate proactive, can-do attitude with a curiosity and a desire to be at the forefront of digital transformation 
  • You possess the ability to analyze complex information with precision, devise innovative solutions, and articulate your vision to both technical and non-technical audiences 
  • You show a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, business process modeling (BPMN), and modern information systems and have hands-on experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), Office 365; Jira is highly desirable 
  • You have exceptional communication and presentation skills with professional fluency in both German and English
