ISS STOXX with its data offering, supports the investment process with ESG data, research and ratings, indexing (DAX & STOXX), engagement and market intelligence. 
SimCorp provides best-in-class front-to-back investment management technology solutions –excelling in front office and risk management as well as middle and back-office services.

The strategy team serves as competence center for strategy and business development for the Investment Management Solutions area within the overall Deutsche Börse Group strategic framework. 
You will have the responsibility to initiate and ensure strategic execution with stakeholders and business areas, including both organic and M&A initiatives.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Support the development of Deutsche Börse’s long-term global organic and M&A growth strategy in Deutsche Börse’s Investment Management Solutions area
  • Implementation and co-ordination of projects with strategic relevance, including project sourcing, development and planning
  • Preparation of strategic market analyses, decision proposals, status reports for senior management and for respective management meetings
  • Monitoring and pro-active continuous improvement of strategy development and implementation processes
  • Drive key strategic projects as a project lead, ensure in-time and in-budget implementation

 

Your profile

  • University degree with excellent results 
  • Proven working experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, finance or M&A
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge regarding the relevance and functioning of capital markets as well as an in-depth understanding of business principles and processes
  • Focus on delivery with results-oriented and structured approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work under pressure with high degree of reliability and autonomy
  • High commitment, motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of quantitative tools and methods, e.g. including financial modelling / business plan analysis
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal, ability to communicate effectively across all seniority levels in English
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
