Field of Activitiy

Strategic IT Partner Management is in charge of managing the relationships to our strategic suppliers in the area of IT. This includes Hardware and Software as well as Software Development and Maintenance and Cloud Service Providers for the Deutsche Börse Group.

As a Junior Analyst for Strategic IT Partner Management you will be supporting the scouting of new partners, support to manage the relationship to existing ones and also supporting analyzing current contracts and license agreements. Your’re team will act as an interface between the different product lines, central purchasing and our suppliers and partners to consolidate demands, act as an escalation instance and be part in contract negotiations. Furthermore, you will support the control and optimization of our license agreements. You are dedicated to your team and your team’s success, live our DBG Corporate and IT values, and strive to take ownership.

Tasks/responsibilities

  • Support/ coordinate the alignment with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders and presentations to speed-up the process between the different product lines, our legal entities and central purchasing
  • Support/ coordinate supplier assessments on a regular basis, prepare presentations and align necessary steps with associated stakeholders
  • Support the preparation of negotiation strategies together with central purchasing and product lines
  • Identify and track optimization measures on existing contracts together with all relevant stakeholders and support in setting the standards for future contract and license agreements
  • Support of group wide license management


Qualifications/required skills

  • Academic degree in economics, business administration or similar degree in a relevant field of expertise
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently, efficiently and target oriented
  • Reliability, resilience as well as a professional, friendly and confident appearance
  • Good communication skills, organizational talent, quick comprehension and flexibility
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
