We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Project Manager. In this position, you will primarily support the change, risk, and quality management capabilities of Clearstream Global Fund Operations.  Key responsibilities will include tracking and managing the progress of strategic projects to ensure key deadlines and deliverables are met.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative capabilities and a proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, independently and collaboratively.
We are looking for a person with a versatile skillset who can adapt to new environments and challenges. The role may expand beyond both the advertised role and Team/ Unit depending on the Company’s needs. Training and on-going assistance will be provided, and you will be fully supported as you transition into the role.


Your Responsibilities

  • Defining and implementing project governance to centralize and standardize oversight of a broad project portfolio. A key initial project will be to manage the implementation process of onboarding customers to for Mutual and Alternatives funds. 
  • Production of project performance and status reporting to ensure timely execution and capture of results 
  • Employing analytical skills to provide clarity to complex data and reporting
  • Presenting analysis both orally and in writing as required. Communicate both data driven and conceptual information effectively to a variety of audiences
  • Quantification of project risk and impact 
  • Engagement in priority projects as required. Working independently or with the support of a specific team and/or SME groups as required
  • Attendance at Management and Client meetings as required to provide an in-depth overview, analysis and update on various projects and initiatives
  • Participation in relevant working groups across the Company as required 
  • Key advocate in promoting and driving our Company culture, ensuring that the four pillars are at the forefront in our approach to processes and projects

 

Your Profile

  • A minimum of 4 years working as a Project Manager either internally or in an established consultancy in a Project and Programme Management service line 
  • Ideally project management certification, PMI, Prince 2, AgilePM or equivalent
  • Knowledge of, or experience of working in, the Funds Industry would be an advantage
  • Data analysis – the ability to collate, summarise, and analyse data. Experience of using associated visualisation tools would be an advantage e.g., PowerBI, TableauHigh level of organization and attention to detail
  • Strong experience in adapting to change. Experience of having worked with change professionals would be an additional advantage
