Define and execute a multi-year technology and data roadmap that aligns with the Group’s Finance & Accounting Strategy, regulatory demands, and business transformation goals.
Organizational Leadership & Transformation:
Lead, mentor, and develop a global organization with 2 teams and 20+ functional and technical specialists.
Drive a strategic transformation of the section's operating model, which includes internalizing critical capabilities from external providers to build sustainable, in-house expertise.
Design and implement a global location strategy to strengthen our delivery hubs in Europe and Asia, optimizing for talent, time-zone coverage, and operational resilience.
Peer Collaboration & Delivery Ownership:
Work in close partnership with your peer, the Head of Section for Finance IT (Accounting, Controlling, Tax), to ensure a seamless and integrated IT landscape across all of Corporate Finance.
Oversee a complex portfolio of transformation programs, including system modernizations in the Treasury space and the evolution of our core finance data platforms (e.g., SAP MDG).
Operational Excellence & Risk Management:
Guarantee the stability, security, and compliance of all systems within your remit, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits.
Uphold stringent operational standards required for critical 24/7 Treasury processes in a global banking and exchange environment.
Strategic Alignment on Data:
Ensure that all finance and liquidity data solutions adhere to the highest standards of quality and integrity, while collaborating with the corporate data governance organization to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide data mesh principles and cataloguing strategies.
Fiscal & Vendor Management:
Assume full budgetary responsibility (CapEx/OpEx) for the section.
Lead strategic vendor negotiations and sourcing decisions to build effective long-term partnerships.

Expert-level understanding of Treasury IT systems and processes (front, middle, back-office), including liquidity management, risk, and payments.

A demonstrable track record of leading large-scale organizational and technology transformations, including successful in-sourcing initiatives and the development of global delivery models.
Proven ability to lead and develop senior managers, influence executive stakeholders, and operate with confidence and credibility at the C-level.
Proven track record of AI & Data transformation, with an AI-first strategy;
Strategic & Collaborative Mindset:
A strategic visionary with the ability to build consensus and drive change in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
