Our 18-month Graduate Programme based at our offices in the heart of Cork City is designed to provide you with a diverse range of work experiences across various teams and projects with the possibility to rotate within the following dynamic streams dependent on skills and interest.

What Are We Looking for in a Graduate? 
 
You are passionate about technological advancement and innovation? You want to get to know our information technology division from various perspectives? And match the below criteria then our IT Graduate Programme might be just the right fit for you. 
 
You are due to graduate from an IT related discipline (at least NFQ Level 8) or have graduated from in the past 12months.  
Computer networks, operating systems, and IT infrastructure knowledge.
Positive attitude to learning.  
Good problem-solving skills.  
Good interpersonal skills, working well independently and in a team environment. 
Knowledge with ERP systems would be an advantage but not essential.  
System Networks knowledge / experience would be an advantage. 
Proactive with strong organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative. 
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. 
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
Work as a part of a diverse and friendly team atmosphere.

We would love to know about you, your technical suitability and skills you can bring to the chosen development stream, after reviewing your application and suitability, we will invite you to an interview.  
 
Step 2 
In this stage, you will have an interview with senior managers from cross functional departments to determine your fit for the programme while also offering candidates the opportunity to ask questions and explore the possibilities available.  
 
After successful completion of an interview, you will receive feedback afterwards
