Data Services Sales commercializes proprietary data from Group Deutsche Börse as well as international cooperation partners. Moreover, the area serves partner exchanges in terms of market data marketing and dissemination. 

We are looking to hire a business developer in Chicago to market and promote the data and analytics offering from Deutsche Börse.

 

Your responsibilities

  • You will proactively engage with consumers of data and analytics internationally
  • You will do market research, identification of demand and cross-selling opportunities
  • You will develop and execute sales strategies
  • You will create ad-hoc presentations for internal and external distribution
  • You will confidently present the data and analytics offerings and lead client facing meetings
  • You bring Business Development capabilities with confident cold calling techniques
  • You will manage a pipeline effectively

 

Your profile

  • You have successfully graduated at university in business administration or a related subjects
  • You have a minimum of 5+ years experience in sales trading, sales of financial data and analytics or sales of investment products
  • You have financial market experience including a deep understanding of product offerings, ideally from working in trading or quant funds
  • You bring a proven sales track record, strong commercial attitude and persistence
  • You also have excellent communication and presentation skills, high analytical competence
  • You are a strong team player and cooperative attitude

Salary: 130k - 150k USD
