Process & Service Manager IT (f/m/d)

Your tasks:
You take responsibility for daily service delivery of our data platform, ensuring tracking and adherence to process SLAs, audits and KPIs. You support the incident- and problem management processes to resolve IT issues and prevent their re-occurrence. In addition, you are expected to manage continuous service improvements, including identifying & implementing process enhancements.
Your specific responsibilities & tasks include:
- Support our asset owners in managing critical processes for our data platform applications and service providers
- Understand our process framework, track and/or delegate derived tasks
- Support the application management team with incident-, problem- and change management for the data platform (on premises/cloud)
- Coordinate and enhance first and second level-support for different parts of the data platform
- Ensure adequate customer service levels and operational stability
Your skills:
- You either have successfully completed a degree in Information Technology or a comparable apprenticeship within IT
- IT service management expertise, supported by some years of professional experience
- You can prove know-how and hands-on experience with ITIL Framework and principles
- Advanced communication-, organisational-, administrative- and coordination skills are essential
- Knowledge of working in data operations in general and especially with a data platform is advantageous
- Experience within a regulated environment is advantageous
- You can communicate fluently in English and German
