Customer Care Manager, Working student/Alternant(e) (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
As part of our Customer Care Exchange & Registries team, you will mainly work with the Registries related tasks. You will participate in the implementation of new procedures to reinforce the admission process, guide the members through the admission processes on our Registries, as well as help processing the operational tasks and customer support.
During the admission process on the various Registries, you will be responsible for:
- Guiding the prospect through the different parts of the onboarding process while being the central point of contact,
- Ensuring that the prospect meets legal, regulatory, and technical requirements to be admitted at EEX
- Performing a scoring of the prospect Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documents
- Performing technical setups in the Registries and coordinating with internal departments for the admission of the prospect
For all existing members, you will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for all customer incoming requests, such as change of contacts, connection issues, operational support, etc
- Sending and organizing reviews of KYC
- Processing and saving all incoming documentation and amending the data in the Registries
- Performing the daily operations in the Registry, such as checking and validating emissions, transfers, invoices
- Contributing to the creation and update of efficient processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Being the point of contact between customers and internal departments like IT and business development teams

You bring along:
- University Degree (preferably with a focus on business administration, back-office management)
- and/or experience in back/middle office
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility and reliability
- High proficiency in French. Professional English level. German is a plus.
- Interest in working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment
