Your tasks:
As a Professional Boards & Committees, you will be part of a small team ensuring a positive image of the internationally positioned EEX Group at the interfaces to the committee members through careful preparation of committee meetings and compliance with the relevant legal and statutory regulations.
The main focus of your work will be the independent preparation, minute-taking and follow-up of Supervisory Board meetings. In this regard, you will be supporting and advising the Supervisory Board in the context of committee management and corporate governance. You will be in close contact with the company's specialist departments to coordinate the content for the committee meetings. Moreover, you will support the various boards and committees of the exchange and clearing house in the context of operational and key relevant projects and formats. Your tasks will also include active participation in departmental projects and effective collaboration with other team members.
You will guide and advise the board and operational functions in their interaction with the Supervisory Board to assert the adherence to stakeholder expectations and corporate governance standards.

Your skills:

• Successfully completed studies in economics or law or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the area of committee management, ideally in a corporate and regulatory environment
• Knowledge in Corporate Governance, i.a. German Stock Corporation Law
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills as well as talent in dealing with various stakeholders, including top management
• Excellent written and spoken command of German and English
• Strong organizational competence, discretion, integrity and high professional standards
• Bullet proof Office 365 user
• Independent, open-minded, precise and solution-oriented way of working within a team and across departments
• Interdisciplinary working attitude to foster the network
