In our Process & Policy Management team we help in shaping and optimizing the process landscape of EEX and ECC.

Your tasks:
As a Process Manager / Process Management Analyst, you will work closely with functional departments across the organization to identify, structure, and comprehensively capture business processes in a lean, yet robust information system. Further, you will support the development of an easy-to-use self-service solution and drive its implementation throughout the company. Your eagerness to learn and share, and your willingness to collaborate with a diverse range of colleagues from various backgrounds will help you make a valuable contribution to the efficiency of our company.
 

You bring along:

• Structured and organized style of working
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective stakeholder communication up to senior management
• Previous working experiences or basic trainings in process or operational management
• Desirably, prior working experience in a regulated financial institution or the commodity trading business
• Excellent communication in English language, both written and verbal, and basic German skills
