Intern (f/m/d)/Working Student (f/m/d) Human Resources - Focus: HR Change & People Development

If you are passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative workplace, we invite you to apply for a full-time (6 months) internship opportunity in Leipzig starting around August / September 2024.
Your tasks
As an HR intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team with administrative, organizational, and planning tasks. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in the coordination of onboarding events for new employees, facilitating leadership development programs, and contributing to various initiatives such as employee survey, diversity activities, and more. By doing so, you will get a lot back from your team. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging each other to be their best. We call it: the exchange mindset.
Your skills
- Existing enrollment in a preferably master's degree at a college/university related to business with a focus on human resource management
- Prior practical experience through internships or working as a student is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, organizational skills
- You have strong German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR environment
- You are confident in using MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
