We're seeking a motivated working student to join our team as an IT Demand Manager. This role supports managing and prioritizing IT demands, ensuring seamless IT system functioning, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, and optimizing resource allocation.
Your tasks:

• Assist in managing IT demands
• Help analyze synergy potentials and prepare IT project proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Continuously learn and develop new skills.

Your skills:

• Enrolled in a degree program in computer science, information technology, business science with an IT focus, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of IT requirements, software development, and project management
• Strong analytical and communicative skills
• Basic knowledge in software, hardware, and data management
• Interest in agile methods and product management
• Eager to learn and adapt to new topics
• Proficiency in German and English
