Customer Care Officer - Registries (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities: 
As part of our Registries Operations team, you will participate in implementing new procedures to reinforce the admission process. 
For all existing members, you will be part of the team responsible for: 
-    Tracking the customers to be reviewed
-    Sending the review requests to customers (including Know-Your-Customer – KYC documents as well as video identification process)
-    Being the first point of contact for all customer incoming requests about the review
-    Checking and saving all incoming documentation according to the department internal nomenclature 
-    Processing the KYC scoring
-    Organizing the validations of the KYCs within the department and other departments 
-    Contributing to the improvement of the processes to improve customer satisfaction

 

You will also help the Registry team in daily tasks such as:
-    Validation of members transactions in the registries
-    Sending and checking admission documents (including KYC process) of new registry members
-    Coordination with other teams regarding admissions on the Registries


In doing so, you will become a valued partner for different stakeholders inside EEX Group as well as for external parties. You bring along:
›    University Degree (preferably with a focus on business administration, back-office management) 
›    and/or experience in back/middle office 
›    Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility and reliability, good organization
›    High proficiency in French. Basic English level. 
›    Interest in working in a multi-cultural environment
›    Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment
