Customer Care Officer (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
As part of our Customer Care Exchange & Registries team, you will mainly work with Registries-related tasks. You will guide the members through the admission processes on our Registries, as well as help process the operational tasks and customer support. You will contribute to the maintenance of the customer databases, and participate in updating internal and external documentation. Customer Care being in a central position you will be in daily contact with members, external partners, and internal partners like the IT, MOA, and business development departments. You may also contribute to some of the tasks performed by the Exchange part of the team, helping with the members' onboardings on the Exchange.
In doing so, you will become a valued partner for different stakeholders inside EEX Group as well as for external parties. You bring along:
- University Degree (preferably with a focus on business administration, back-office management)
- and/or experience in back/middle office
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility and reliability
- High proficiency in French and English. German is a plus
- Interest in working in a multi-cultural environment
