Customer Care Officer (f/m/d) - limited 9 months

Your tasks: 

As part of our Customer Care team, you will be mainly in charge of supporting the project to onboard existing and new customers, mainly based in Germany but not exclusively, for the upcoming nEHS Auction. 
You will guide clients of all sizes and nationalities through the admission or extension processes on our Exchange, as well as help with daily customer support.  
During the project you will be responsible for: 

  • Guiding the prospect through the different parts of the onboarding process while being the central point of contact, Processing product extension requests for existing customers
  • Participating in project meetings, updating status reports
  • Performing technical setups and coordinating with internal departments for the admission of the prospect or the product extension of existing customers for them to be ready for the first Auction
    You may also be asked to participate to other tasks handled by the rest of Customer Care team:
  • Being the first point of contact for all customer incoming requests, such as change of contacts, traders or tradable product extensions.
  • Processing and saving all incoming documentation
  • Performing the necessary setups to enable access to our products;
  • Defining, maintaining and improving processes, in close cooperation with other colleagues, in order to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with Exchange rules, policies and guidelines.
    Customer Care being in a central position you will be in daily contact with members, external partners and internal teams such as Sales, Market Operations, Business Development, ECC (the Clearing House), Reporting and Legal departments.
    In doing so, you will become a valued partner for different stakeholders inside EEX Group as well as for external parties. Your skills:

  • University Degree (preferably with a focus on business administration, back-office management) and/or experience in back/middle office
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility and reliability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German. Professional level in English is also required, basic level in French is a plus
  • Interest in working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Environment
