Customer Care Officer, Working student/Alternant(e) (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
As part of our Customer Care Exchange & Registries team, you will mainly work with the Exchange related tasks. You will guide clients of all sizes and nationalities through the admission processes on our Exchange, as well as help with daily customer support.
During the admission process, you will be responsible for:
- Guiding the prospect through the different parts of the onboarding process while being the central point of contact,
- Ensuring that the prospect meets legal, regulatory, and technical requirements to be admitted at EEX and its Clearing house ECC.
- Organizing and participating to meetings and calls with the prospect and other departments when required.
- Performing technical setups and coordinating with internal departments for the admission of the prospect to our Exchange.
For all existing members, you will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for all customer incoming requests, such as change of contacts or tradable product extensions.
- Processing and saving all incoming documentation;
- Performing the necessary setups to enable access to our products;
- Defining, maintaining and improving processes, in close cooperation with other colleagues, in order to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with Exchange rules, policies and guidelines.
- Customer Care being in a central position you will be in daily contact with members external partners, and internal teams such as Sales, Market Operations, Business Development, ECC (the Clearing House), Reporting and Legal departments.

You bring along:
- Ongoing university Degree (preferably with a focus on business administration, back-office management)
- and/or experience in back/middle office
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility and reliability
- High proficiency in English, French and/or German is a plus
- Interest in working in a multi-cultural environment
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment
