Customer Care Officer, Working student (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
As part of our Customer Care Exchange & Registries team, you will support Exchange members on a daily basis, responding to customer questions and needs. You will also assist with all processes related to Exchange admissions. As one of the core functions of the Exchange, you will be in close contact with members and coordinate processes with internal and external partners across Europe.
You will also be involved in the day-to-day tasks of the Registry team, such as the admission of new registry members, the scoring of these companies, the updating of contact details and the operation of the registries.
As a Customer Care Officer, you may be involved in new product or registry launch projects, creating, and maintaining follow-up files, procedures, and checklists. You will also be involved in updating common internal and external documentation.
In doing so, you will become a valued partner for different stakeholders inside EEX Group as well as for external parties. You bring along:
- University Degree (preferably with a focus on business administration, back-office management)
- and/or experience in back/middle office
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility, and reliability
- High proficiency in English and French, German is a plus
- Interest in working in a multi-cultural environment
