Your responsibilities:

As part of our Customer Care Gas & Registries team, you assist members of the Exchange on a daily basis, answering questions and needs of the customers. You also assist all Exchange admission related processes. In one of the central functions of the exchange, you are in close contact with members and coordinate the processes with internal and external partners located in Europe. As a Customer Care Officer, you may participate to projects for the launch of new products by providing information on specifications, procedure and checklist update. You also participate in updating common internal and external documentation. You also participate to some of the tasks performed by the Registries team, mainly regarding the scoring process and review process for new and existing members, or to daily processes to maintain the customer databases.

You bring along:

• University Degree (preferably with a focus on business administration, back-office management)
• and/or experience in back/middle office
• Knowledge of energy or commodity trading would be a plus
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility and reliability
• High proficiency in English and French, German is a plus
• Interest in working in a multi-cultural environment
