Sales Manager Energy Commodities (f/m/d) - Milan based
Your tasks:
You are responsible for all tasks related to the management and further development of the EEX in commodity contracts for EEX products, mainly in Italy and Greece. This includes the responsibility to coordinate a) the tasks for clients based in Southern Europe with the respective line manager b) the account management of clients based in Southern Europe, mainly Italy and Greece and c) the tasks for developing new key accounts and market areas. Furthermore you get actively involved in cross-selling of EEX products to trading members and managing the onboarding process (admission) of new trading members. You will also participate in projects for market and product development and provide support to our clients in regards to the trading exams.

You bring along:
- Eagerness to get in close contact with the players of the energy commodity trading markets and to develop the relationships with traders, brokers, commodity houses, clearing banks
- Knowledge of financial derivative instruments and their use in risk management, treasury or trading and, more in general, of the energy commodity trading markets
- Degree in an economics-related field
- Perfect command of written and spoken Italian and English
- Ability to work independently to deadlines
- The mindset which goes with working in a smaller satellite office
- Good negotiation skills
- Positive can-do attitude and team spirit
