Your tasks:

We are looking for a young professional to join our Business Development Power Derivatives team. Together with the team members, your challenge will not only be to further develop EEX's flagship Power Derivatives segment, but also to identify and analyse business ideas, transform them into concepts and support the implementation of new products and services with your knowledge. You will monitor and analyse market trends, translate them into high-level reports and create compelling commercial content to continuously inform internal and external stakeholders about EEX's business development initiatives. You will therefore be in close contact with colleagues from EEX's global offices and external business partners. After all, we value the exchange of ideas, being there for each other and encouraging each other to become better. We call it the exchange mindset.

Your bring along:

• Successfully completed business, economic or related studies
• General knowledge of financial service / exchange business
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Independent and results-orientated working style 
• Intercultural competence
