Senior Professional HR Compliance, Audits & Process Management (f/m/d) (part-/full-time)

As a Senior Professional in HR Compliance, Audits & Process Management, you will play a key role in improving and shaping HR processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting audit activities. Your work will be characterized by a high degree of autonomy, conceptual thinking, and responsibility for group outcomes. You will collaborate across departments, drive change, and contribute to the ongoing development of HR standards in a regulated environment.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead the improvement and design of HR compliance-related processes and workflows, focusing on conceptual work and alternative solutions for complex challenges.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to ensure HR compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Coordinate and support internal and external HR audits, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Review, optimize, and implement HR processes and guidelines to meet regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Monitor changes in HR-related regulatory requirements and proactively adapt processes to maintain compliance.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration within HR and with other departments to promote a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
- Guide and support HR colleagues, contributing to group outcomes and fostering continuous development.

Your skills:
- Proven experience in (HR) compliance, audit, or process management, ideally within a regulated environment
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective solutions
- Experience in supporting and coordinating (HR) audits and risk assessments
- Demonstrated ability to review and optimize HR processes for efficiency and compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building
- High level of self-motivation, initiative, and accountability
- Fluent in English and German
