The Market Surveillance Office of EEX monitors exchange trading to ensure the adherence to our rules and regulations, as well as national and international law. As a Senior Analyst in our Monitoring Team, you will:

• Analyse trading data and detect anomalies.
• Be a competent contact person and use your experience to help others in the team.
• Create reports and present your findings to the team.
• Fine tune existing alerts and create new ones.
• Take ownership of projects and deliver impactful results. 

In doing so, you will not only become a valued member of our team and a valued partner for our external stakeholders, but you will help to protect the integrity of the European wholesale energy markets.

Your skills:

• University degree 
• Comprehensive understanding of exchange trading
• Work experience with monitoring tools (Scila, Smarts, etc.)
• Attention to detail and an exploratory mindset
• Good at planning and coordinating tasks and projects
• First experience in managing projects is a plus
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
