Your tasks:

As a Scrum Master, you will build cross-functional teams for our trading products and continuously accompany your colleagues as a source of inspiration and motivator. You will help the teams on their journey to create real customer value of their product. You will ensure that our processes and activities are constantly improved to ensure true agility. You create a passion for agile methods and mindsets and ensure the optimal flow of communication and information. With your commitment, you keep the team's back free and have a positive effect on the further development of each teammate. For all your outstanding performances, you will of course also get a lot back from your team. Because we appreciate exchanging ideas, being there for each other and making each other better. You bring along:

• Certified Professional Scrum Master or comparable training or further education
• Several years of experience in IT project management and as a Scrum Master
• Initial knowledge of Kanban would be desirable, SAFe, LeSS or other methods 
• Open, communicative character and a hands-on mentality with a clear focus on finding solutions
