Your tasks: 

• Independent execution and monitoring of monthly payroll processing for our German entities using SAP S/4HANA
• Handling all payroll-related topics such as social security, income tax, company pension schemes, and time management
• Serving as a contact person for employees, managers, and external parties regarding all payroll matters
• Maintaining and verifying payroll-relevant data as well as preparing analyses and reports
• Contributing to the ongoing optimization and digitalization of payroll processes
• Supporting internal and external audits (e.g. auditors, social security institutions)

Your skills: 

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training in payroll accounting
• Professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably with SAP S/4HANA
• Sound knowledge of income tax and social security law
• Basic knowledge of payroll accounting processes
• Strong service orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills
• High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and discretion
• Enjoyment in shaping and optimizing processes
• Good MS Office skills
• Enjoy communicating in an intercultural environment in both German and English, spoken and written
