Your tasks:

As a Billing Specialist (f/m/d) in our migration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth billing operations during the transition to SAP S/4HANA SD. You will be responsible for handling invoicing and payment processes in our current legacy systems, supporting data migration activities, and conducting validation and testing to ensure accuracy. In addition, you will document processes, monitor transitional workflows, and contribute to stabilizing billing performance during the parallel operation of old and new systems. You will work closely with project teams to transfer knowledge, identify issues, and help resolve migration-related discrepancies. With openness to change and interest in AI-supported process improvements, you will contribute to a successful transformation. You bring along:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or comparable training
• First experience in corporate finance, billing, or accounts receivable
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Interest in AI-driven tools and automation technologies
• Change enthusiasm and motivation to support transformation projects
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in daily operations
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in English and German
