Senior ICT Change Management Officer (f/m/d) (part-/full-time)

To strengthen our IT Operation Processes and Automation team, we are looking for an ICT Change Management Officer (Senior Professional) (f/m/d) to support the operational execution of a stable and compliant ICT Change Management process.
In this role, you will take on a key operational function within ICT Change Management in a highly regulated environment. You will help ensure that ICT changes are implemented in a controlled and transparent manner and in line with governance, ICT risk and DORA requirements.
Your tasks:
- Operational management and monitoring of the ICT Change Management process, including CAB processes, as well as the ongoing review, assessment and coordination of ICT changes within the team
- Contributing to the further development of the ICT Change Management process in support of regulatory and organizational requirements
- Maintaining and coordinating group-wide maintenance windows, change plans and change calendars in close collaboration with IT Operations, IT Products, operational business units, and Risk, Compliance and ICS functions
- Supporting internal and external audits through structured documentation and robust evidence
- Creating, analyzing and further developing KPIs and reports to increase operational transparency using Jira and Power BI
- Contributing to the further development of tooling, automation and process support within the IT Service Management environment (e.g. Jira, GitHub, ServiceNow)

Your skills:
- Completed degree in business informatics, IT management or a comparable field
- Good understanding of change, governance and control models in a regulated IT environment; experience with DORA is an advantage
- Experience in the operational management and coordination of IT- or ICT-related processes
- Experience working with audit, compliance, risk or control functions
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic and operationally viable processes
- Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as a confident professional presence
- Fluent German and English skills (B2)
- Ideally, experience in automating and analyzing ITSM processes and data, e.g. using scripting, low-code/no-code solutions, or query languages such as JQL or AQL
