Working Student (f/m/d) Project Portfolio Management

EEX Group is driven by change and our unit Project Portfolio Management is in the very core with the goal to ensure an alignment of all projects with the organizations strategic objectives creating maximum impact. As support for our team, we are looking for a Working Student in Leipzig with great communication and planning skills.
Your tasks:
You will work closely together with an experienced Project Portfolio Manager and different stakeholders across the group, e.g. by supporting specific processes with doing consistency checks, designing training documents, ensuring proper documentation/process monitoring and guiding colleagues through the process; by maintaining our Change Portfolio Roadmap in close collaboration with different stakeholders and by creating senior management level reports. With your work you contribute to the agile foundation of our organisation. Of course, you will receive a great deal in return for your outstanding performance from your team. You bring along:
- Ongoing (Master) studies in business administration, energy-related studies or comparable course of study
- Enrollment at your university until September 2025 or longer and availability to work between 16 to 20 hours per week
- An autonomous way of working and the ability to deliver results in an agreed timeframe
- Reliability, accurate and solution oriented mindset to support colleagues in various situations
- Curiosity to work in the project and strategy environment and learn new things
- No hesitation to reach out to people in your office, as well as in various EEX locations internationally
- Ideally, you have basic knowledge of project management methods and good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
