Your tasks:
You support the Technical Key account Managers of the Service Desk Connectivity team on a specific project. You will learn about our agile project management and collaborate with all stakeholders to bring the project a success. With your polite and professional appearance, you ensure a high-quality outcome with the expected timeframe. Your tasks include the ongoing logging and documentation of processes and interactions in the ITSM system (IT Service Management). You have the will to constantly expand and deepen your knowledge. In doing so, you receive a great deal in return for your outstanding performance from your team.

Your skills:

• Ongoing studies related to Economics or IT
• Excellent service orientation as well as communication skills in German and English (at least B1) both written and spoken.
• A great team spirit and flexibility when required to achieve goals and complete assignments.
• Adhering to policies and procedures and upholding organizational values
• Will to learn, take ownership and drive things forwards
• Terms like: ‘leased line, VPN, API, Frontend- Backend, …’ are familiar to you
• Experience in the service desk environment and in the use of an ITSM (IT Service Management) tool is appreciated.
• Knowledge about ITIL processes (certification desirable) and incident management skills are a plus
• Knowledge about agile way of working is a plus
