Working Student (f/m/d) IT Demand Management

We are looking for a motivated working student (f/m/d) for our IT Demand Management team to support us in our daily tasks and arising demands.
Your tasks:

  • Involvement and contribution in assessment and sparring of new IT demands in our backlog
  • Development, improvement and documentation of our internal IT demand process
  • Manage and drive demands from initiation to completion

Your skills:

  • Enrollment in an university
  • You have a keen interest in project- & change management in an agile environment
  • You have good analytical and organizational skills, initiative and an independent way of working
  • Initial experience in process management or change management is a plus
  • You have a creative mindset, proactive contribution of ideas and an eye for aesthetics and design
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • You have good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) or Atlassian Jira/ Confluence
