Working Student (f/m/d) - ICT Security Change Services (SCS) Team Project PMO

Your tasks:
In your role, you will support the ICT Security Change Services (SCS) team in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives by contributing to the following activities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of cyber security projects and change initiatives
- Act as an interface between Cyber Security, IT Services, Software Development, and Business departments
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers
- Support stakeholder communication, follow-up of open items, and coordination of project deliverables
- Assist in organizing workshops, awareness sessions, and cybersecurity-related meetings
- Support the management and continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes, governance activities, and audit-related tasksMonitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and status updates to ensure transparent reporting
- Contribute to the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and communication materials

Your skills:
- Ongoing studies at a German university in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related field
- Availability to support the team for multiple semesters
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner
- Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams); Jira knowledge is a plus
- Interest in project management, change management, and cybersecurity topics
- Analytical mindset and ability to structure complex information
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to proactively contribute to team objectives
- Good German and/or English language skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
- First experience with project coordination, PMO activities, governance, or reportingInterest in Information Security, Cyber Security, IT Governance, or Regulatory Compliance
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or Microsoft 365
