Technical Account Manager - Customer Connectivity (w/m/d)

Your tasks
As part of our IT Service Desk, you provide and improve services for our internal and external customers. With your polite and professional appearance, you are responsible for the technical account management of the trading participants, which includes, providing technical consulting to our customers by reflecting the individual business use cases into applicable trading architecture. Furthermore, you will participate in projects to further the scope and to refine the services offered in collaboration with other customer-facing departments.
Besides that, you will be responsible for singular applications in that matter, this includes following tasks: the direct first and second level support, incident management, deepening your knowledge and continuous improvement.

Your skills

  • University degree in business administration or (business) informatics or comparable fields of study
  • Several years of working experience in the field of application support, IT consultancy or IT sales
  • Excellent communicational, social, analytical and presentation skills in German and English (at least B1) in spoken and written form
  • A great team spirit, strong customer focus and flexibility when required to achieve goals and complete assignments.
  • Adhering to policies and procedures and upholding organizational values.
  • Experience in project management and working with service providers 
  • Knowledge of stock exchange trading systems ITIL and DevOps is an advantage
