Your tasks
Our team follows the motto “a prototype is worth 1000 meetings”. We work in an agile setting to digitalize business processes. As part of our team, you will get an insight into all aspects of the exchange and clearing world, get to interact with top experts in the field of energy exchange and commodities clearing and work on a growing portfolio of low-code/no-code tools.
Our team is responsible to build and maintain user management for our internet-facing Jira Service Management portal. In addition, based on the growing number of Jira projects, we’ll leverage Jira data to create insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI, to analyse project performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. We collaborate with business units to define KPIs and develop relevant metrics, automate data extraction and reporting processes to ensure real-time insights.

Your skills

  • Completed studies in informatics, or comparable training with additional qualification in the field, or relevant professional experience.
  • Experience as a Jira and Confluence power user with different tools and add-ons and user management.
  • Interest and experience in Business Analysis and Business Intelligence with low-code/no-code tools, such as MS Power BI.
  • Excellent team and communication skills as well as problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills. Basic German skills are an advantage.
