Your tasks:
You will ensure that our users can reliably utilize our Atlassian system landscape through stable operations and continuous improvement. You will actively shape the service processes around Jira and Confluence and work closely with our internal departments to transform technical requirements into sustainable solutions. In doing so, you will always keep an eye on system availability and manage changes to ensure smooth operation.
You bring your senior experience in managing Atlassian tools such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence in Data Center, as well as basic understanding of the Atlassian Cloud environment, including OpsGenie.

Your skills:

• Completed studies in informatics, or comparable training with additional qualification in the field, or relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience as a Jira and Confluence administrator, working with different tools and add-ons in Data Center and Atlassian Cloud environments
• Experience working in an ITIL and ISO regulated IT environment
• Experience and hands-on knowledge maintaining Atlassian Data Center infrastructure in a Linux-based environment including tools such as Docker, Podman, Ansible and Nginx
• Strong service orientation and ability to develop viable solutions within a team
• Excellent team and communication skills as well as problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, basic German skills are advantageous
