Senior Scrum Master (f/m/d)

Your tasks:

Join our team to further develop our central data platform!

 

In your role as Senior Scrum Master you will guide and support our product development teams, e.g. in moderating their rituals and solving any obstacles that arise. You will drive team development by helping and motivating them to become even more self-organized and self-motivated. You ensure that the teams follow the agile values and principles and can continuously improve their working methods. You communicate with the various stakeholders of the product life cycle, spread our agile values at team and organizational level and share your knowledge or pass it on to the Juniors.

Your skills: 

  • Successfully study graduation or apprenticeship and at least 3 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach 
  • Ideally a certification as a Scrum Master  
  • Proven success through the application of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or Lean 
  • Proven experience in cloud projects 
  • Joy at working with different teams, products and projects 
  • Joy at passing on your agile knowledge to people and teams and guiding them in their development 
  • Very strong communication skills as well as open-minded and team-oriented attitude with a lot of empathy without shying away from conflicts 
  • Interest in emerging topics around agility and organizational transformation 
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ideally also in German
