Your tasks
In your role as Senior Requirements Engineer (f/m/d) you will act as an interface between the IT development and the business department teams. Your responsibility is to define and refine the requirements for our Regulatory Reporting application. Your challenge is to structure the complex topics into manageable work packages and coordinate the implementation of new features in the application. Additionally, you will work closely with responsible product owner and support with tasks for e.g. to create and maintain the product backlog. Therefore, you will have to communicate with various stakeholders and ensure that the product goals are met. 
In doing so, you will become a valued partner for different stakeholders inside EEX Group. For all your outstanding achievements, you will of course also get a lot back from your team, because we value exchanging ideas, being there for each other and making each other better. You bring along

  • Degree in IT, computer science or economics or advanced training related to requirements engineering
  • Ideally experience in software development teams (not necessarily as developer) and in the energy or financial industry
  • Ability to quickly analyze and understand complex subjects
  • Excellent target group-oriented communication and teamwork skills is a must-have
  • Solution-oriented, structured, and independent working style needed
  • Experience with agile working methods and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence etc.) are welcome
  • Language skills in German and English are required (B2 or higher in both languages)
