Your tasks

In this role, you will become a key driver of projects and initiatives within the Reporting Services team. You will represent our team in project-related topics across the organization, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. From the beginning you will guide projects from concept to implementation. Your responsibilities will include assessing the impact and scope of new projects, defining designs and requirements for change initiatives, clarifying functional questions during implementation, validating outcomes, and contributing to test phases to ensure a smooth go live. Your tasks include coordinating and handling the technical setup of new products in the reporting software. With a strong focus on compliance, you will monitor and coordinate regulatory changes, making sure they reach the right stakeholders. Your expertise in the regulatory reporting framework will enable you to identify necessary adjustments to processes and applications. This will also include the coordination of BCM related topics across the teams.
Operational excellence will also be part of your role. You will support operational tasks and assist with incident management whenever challenges arise. Your ability to solve problems will help ensure stability and efficiency. You’ll become part of an experienced team, where you’ll receive strong support and have plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and expand your skills.

Your skills:

• University degree in economics, finance, IT or a comparable field.
• Understanding of the reporting system architecture and the regulatory frameworks is good to have and will be trained on the job if needed
• Excellent communication skills and strong team orientation.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to set priorities effectively
• Very structured, accurate and independent working style.
• High motivation, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to change.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
