Your tasks:
As Senior Process Manager you will manage and operate our team’s advisory services, from running communities of practice, over providing tools and methods, to supporting dedicated process improvement initiatives. You will build and maintain close and effective working relationships with senior and executive stakeholders across corporate functions and business segments, liaise with stakeholders within EEX and Deutsche Börse Group, and coach fellow team members. Your eagerness to learn and share and your willingness to collaborate with a diverse range of colleagues from various backgrounds will help you make a valuable contribution to the resilience of our company and ultimately strengthen our role in energy and financial markets.

You bring along:

• Degree in Business Economy or related studies and working experience in Process Management / Administration / Operations or Project Management involving process design or re-engineering for at least 3 years
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills based on a service- and customer-centric approach
• Excellent inter-personal skills in interaction with process stakeholders including senior management
• Experience in working with methods of lean, six sigma, lean start-up is appreciated
• Experience of working in a bank and/or a commodity environment is appreciated
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in German & English; French or other languages are desirable
